Example of Excitement: I am so souped to go out tonight, its going to be crazy.

Example of Anger: This freshman girl spilled a large hot coffee all over my computer, I was so souped that I almost yelled at her.

I was in Northern Ireland and saw a young lady use "souped" in this context when her younger sister ran across a road without looking.

When someone makes plans, typically while drinking, that they have no realistic way or intention of following though with.

Girl at 9:00PM: I'm picking you up tomorrow at 7:00AM and we're going to Vegas!

Guy 1: Alright I'll be ready.
Guy 2: Dude you've been SUPeD. There's no way in hell she's picking you up and going to Vegas tomorrow. Not going to happen.

OR
Guy 2: Dude she's got SUPed. She is not going to pick you up and go to Vegas tomorrow or even remember that conversation.
