Squaredle

Squaredle is a boggle-like daily puzzle game where you have to find all the words in the (usually) 4×4 or 5×5 grid (some days it's 3×3). The game was created in March of 2022, and has had over 500 puzzles created. The 500th puzzle was created on July 18th, 2023, and the first dates back to March 6th, 2022. Overall, there are probably around 600 puzzles at the time I'm writing this (October 19th, 2023), counting special puzzles, which are usually puzzles that are too difficult to be regular puzzles, or they have a neat effect, like the 10×10 puzzles.

There are some really enjoyable puzzles out there, especially the "Got Salt?" puzzle, which has around 500 words. The special puzzles aren't meant to be completed in a day, which is why they are in the "Special Puzzles" category.

The Squaredle community is very positive and kind, and they even have their own Discord!

squirddler

The evolved version of Turdle. It all began with Turdle which birthed Turddler. Then Turddler met Squirtle. Squirtle and Turddler hit it off quite well and gave birth to the infamously cute and cuddly Squirddler who still reins supreme over all things both cute and stinky.

Damn! That chick is the cutest damn thing I've ever seen. Long, beautiful hair, a smile that could unite the world in happiness, a face and personality that just exudes innocence and love. Wow, what a woman...and she farts a lot too. Yep, she is definitely a Squirddler.

Virginia Squires

A team that competed in the American Basketball Association. The Squires played home games in Norfolk, Hampton, Richmond, and also a few in Roanoke in their first few years. Hall of Fame players Julius Erving (also known as Dr. J) and George Gervin (also known as the Iceman) played for the Virginia Squires.

The Squires' best seasons were in 1970-1971, when they won the Eastern Division with a 55-29 record and defeated the New York Nets in the Eastern Division Semifinals before losing the Eastern Division Finals 4 games to 2 to the Kentucky Colonels, and 1971-1972, when they finished second in the Eastern Division to the Kentucky Colonels, defeated The Floridians in the Eastern Division Semifinals and then lost the Eastern Division Finals 4 games to 3 to the New York Nets.

When the ABA merged with the NBA in 1976, the Squires, along with other teams like the Kentucky Colonels and Spirits of St. Louis, did not continue in the NBA, even though the Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, New York Nets and Indiana Pacers did.

The Virginia Squires were a great basketball team to watch in the 1970s, especially when they had future Hall of Famers Dr. J and the Iceman on the court.
