Spitroast

Otherwise known as a Combined Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. It is when you get a colonoscopy (through the butt) and an endoscopy (through the mouth) at the same time, thus imitating the sexual act - the spit roast.

Man 1 - Hey, I heard you got a Combined Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy yesterday
