A slime-ball creature lower than dirt. A person to intimidate you and bill you for their lies and deception. Someone who is more interested in their place in the professional pecking order than an advocate for clients. A high priced whore who is conjugal with either side of a dispute who then lends his or her support to the highest bidder.

I went to a mediation. The plaintiff made up lies. My lawyer said they might make you "look bad" you better pay them(the plaintiff) or face more fees. My lawyer was a shyster.

I girl that even tho when she might not be that happy, she always keeps a smile on her face. She knows to make people laugh and everybody wants to be friends with her.
