Before voting on a bill or proposing one to the legislative body, they ask their constituents to vote on them, post the total tabulated votes, and based on those figures vote for or against a bill or present or do not present a new bill to the legislature. Excluding anything strategic, they also webcast live what they say and do as candidates and as elected political representatives.
