Describing a person with obvious superior knowledge of the hiphop community or someone who is privy to all of the special hiphop rules and laws. People who are Rakimesque are entitled to point out everything that is not truly part of the hiphop movement and are the deciding vote on whether something is "fresh", or whether it is "wack".
