purging

making yourself throw up. mainly done by ppl who have eating disorders. its not healthy and it shouldnt be done. ppl who purge commonly have teeth and throat problems from all the forced vomiting. people think that if they vomit out the things they ate they could get, skinnier or prettier which is not true. eveyone is beautiful any how u look or ur weight doesnt matter at all!! pls to anyone who is purging, try to stop. i belive in u. u are strong and purging doesnt solve anything.
