A person who is very obnoxious and bawdy whilst simultaneously being a loving and caring simpleton of the highest order!
The term was first used many moons ago by a certain legless character of Durrington, West Sussex to refer to himself whilst looking at his extremely large football-like head of massive proportions..

Whilst looking in the mirror one morning he paused to admire his reflection thinking out loud...
"Wow! Look at the epic head on that Plimble!"

Nibbley-pibbley

From the NES game "Snake Rattle 'n Roll." Little balls that are eaten to make your tail longer. Depending on the level in which they are found, nibbley-pibbleys have various means of locomotion, such as fish tails or helicopter blades. Nibbley-pibbleys can be orange, purple, or yellow; eating one the same color is better than eating one the color of the other snake, but the yellow ones are the best of all.

Pibble nibble

When a Pibble (a pit bull) nibbles you with their front teeth affectionately while they're kissing you. It doesn't hurt.

Me: Bliss, my pibble, was so excited when I came home from work last night that she kissed my face forever and gave me a Pibble nibble.

Friend(doesn't have dogs): She bit you? Didn't that hurt?
Me: Hell no! It wasn't a bite at all, it was a Pibble nibble, she does that when she gets super excited. It doesn't even hurt- it's affectionate.
