Pronounced muh-lisha - An army of rednecks, most of whom sport mullets, who stand ready at any given time to protect the redneck civil rights and the redneck way of life.

We was at Melvina's Diner and 2 yankees stopped in to grab some grub and they was makin fun of all the trucks in the parking lot with the big number 3's on the window. I got up and told them that if they didn't shut their pie holes, I was gonna be forced to call in the Mullitia to deal with them.

A Mulligan, in a game, happens when a player gets a second chance to perform a certain move or action; usually due to lack of skill or bitter luck. A "Do-Over". Like getting an "Extra Play" in pinball due to sinking the ball before obtaining an arbitrary amount of points.

If your opening hand in Magic: The Gathering sucks bad; just call "Mulligan", reshuffle, and draw new cards.
