It refers to Millie Bobby Brown to come and get rid of the gays/LGBT.

It’s derived from a public satirical Twitter joke that created a meme/narrative that Millie IRL is homophobic and runs over gays with her car. However it is not real. She is not in ANY regard Homophobic. It is a meme created by LGBT out of boredom on Twitter that has since taken off.
Sadly this joke, Resulted in the star deleting her own Twitter to avoid the narrative and tweets being sent to her. The joke has no relevance to reality. It is A 100% false narrative that Millie runs over gays in her car. Which is what adds to the absurd hilarity of using the term. It couldn’t be further from the truth. Which is why gays and LGBT close friends often use the term amongst each other to name call eachother lovingly as a joke. Like calling a friend bitch, girl, etc.

They also have a temper of a an angry irishman. Millie's are amazing friends and when they love, they love hard. You find a Millie in your life, keep her. She's one of a kind.
