To medidate is to take prescription or street drugs before going out on a date. One may take something like Xanax or Valium to calm their nerves before a first date, take something along the lines of ecstasy to have a more amorous date or possibly take some psychedelics to make their date more interesting! There are several other types of drugs that can be used to enhance the dating experience. It's really up to each individual as to what they wanna try! There are also the creepy guys that try to slip a roofie in a girl's drink so he could get what he wants, but that is involuntary medidating!

Tammy: I am so nervous about meeting my blind date! What if he doesn't like me. What if I don't like him. What if I do something stupid.
Amy: You are driving me nuts with all of this worrying! You need to medidate so here, take one of my Xanax!

Tammy: Thanks, I needed that! Now I can chill and look forward to this evening! If all goes well, my next medidate will be on X!
