Basically anything that comes out of the mouth of Sleepy Joe 'braindead' Barely There Biden.

Everything that comes out of Joe Biden's mouth is complete malarkey, well at least the few words that you can understand, because let's be honest, most of the time when he talks he sounds like a complete idiot and you can hardly understand him through all his mumbling and stumbling and bumbling and stammering.
