Lapilap Lap is a french slang word originating from the projects districts outside Paris. The term has multiple meanings depending on the situation it is used in. One of the most common uses of the term is to express that you can relate to someone in your presence. But it can also be used as a happy greeting or a mutual dislike of a topic or person.

Person 1: "I can't get this report to work, my laptop keeps freezing!"
Person 2: Lapilap Lap!"
Person 1: "Thanks for the support, *sigh* I'll go get a cup of coffee while it restarts."

Using forward slashes to imply the word is in italics or stressed. Much easier than trying to actually write a word in italics by hand and you can do it on any website!
