A language created by Victor Borge. Every word that has a sound like a number (such as forehead) gets one added to it (fivehead).

With inflationary language, "Once upon a time, the Constitution was written." becomes
"Twice upon a time, the Constithreetion was writeleven."

That swelling, bloated feeling one gets due to an accumulation of gas in the alimentary canal. Or, the suffering caused by the accumulation of gas in that same intestinal track.
