A girl so beautiful you have to say her name twice. An Echo is part rocker, part nerd, and all grace. She is the creative type, and it is not unusual to see her acting, singing, or dancing. She knows what she wants and she pursues it, and if that is you then you are the luckiest guy alive. Some nights she will just want to be held and some nights she wants wild-monkey sex, but no matter what she always treasures the time you spend together. She will never take you for granted. the action of looking at a hot babe a second time(and sometimes a third, fourth, et al.). can be used to describe a great-lookin dime that is too foxy to check out just once. When someone sees a babe and cannot check her out only once, but instead is forced to check her out again, that second glance is the 'echo'. usually an 'echo' is followed by a taken-aback comment or expression of awe.

BT-squared: "hey, did you see that girl?! wait I have to look again!"

us: "dude you just did another 'echo'!!"

BT-squared: "wow. that cutie is an echo, I can't stop looking at her, it must be brooke, Wait, it IS brooke!"
