So much so that the conversation or situation that is commencing, or has, is no longer in your memory banks.

Sometimes a form of great nostalgia.

Tavros was trying to tell his friend Gamzee that he had flushed feelings for him only to find that Gamzee dazed off at a butterfly and completely forgot what was going on and had happened.

They began dazing off when they saw the way the light hit the pile of broken blue and green glass bottles.

The amazing Led Zeppelin song that later became the name for one of the greatest movies of all time. "Dazed and Confused" is about several high schoolers on the last day of school in 1976. Set in Midland , Texas, the teens engage in extensive drug and alcohol use. Basically, that's all the movie is about.
