Often people misspell certain words and don't have a term for it except "brain fart". So, instead of blurting out two random words to try to explain, you can just use one word. This term can also be used for the inability to explain emotion. For example, two guys are out at a bar and see a really hot girl. Instead of saying "She's hot." or "I'd tap that." They can say cropato so they don't have to explain it to each other.
