A person who has absolutely no skills and are always late. They have a negative IQ and can't handle listening to anything with over 3 syllables in it. Also will do very bizare acts which they believe is normal, for instance eating uncooked pasta. Finally they're passion is women but their bowl-cut scares all females away.
