Crashing Out

Entering a short/momentary phase of intense depression, often accompanied by horrible decision making, and a lack of motivation overall. Some symptoms of Crashing Out include: bedrotting, texting your ex-situationship, hyperfixating on socializing with one person and only that person, low energy, low libido, and vitamin D deficiency. Gen-Z and young millenials are the most common victims of Crash-outs, as these people tend to be the most chronically online, and socially sheltered.
