Fuck Cramps

The abdominal soreness that typically follows a session of intense sex. Similar to the soreness felt after doing a session of crunches. Typically impacts guys who are sadly out of shape.

Guy 1: "Dude, my ab's are sore today..."

Guy 2: "What, you work out? Do some crunches?"

Guy 1: "Nah, it's just fuck cramps."
