Get the Functional consideration mug.* The Nicastro Methodology (named for a small town in the province of Catanzaro, in the Calabria region of southern Italy) is the methodology whereby one does not read any of the descriptions/instructions in the email itself, but forges right ahead into whatever action is required (in this case going to the link). It is usually followed by follow-up texts to the author asking 3 to 4 questions - all of which are answered in the original e-mail. Consideration is given to this methodology by acknowledging that it is going to happen anyway and posting the link first and foremost in the email. The virtue of reading this far is indicative that you do not subscribe to this methodology.

Get the UPSIDE-DOWN Confederate Flag mug.A group of states that didn't like the way United States of America was going, so they said they weren't really part of the United States of America anymore. The rest of the country didn't like this, so they started a war. A lot of people think the war was fought over slavery, but that was just one issue among many. Most southerners didn't even own slaves, although most of the ones who did owned a lot of them. The next most common thing is to own one slave or no slaves.
If the Confederate States of America had won, things would be so much better now. People would've abolished slavery eventually and the Confederate States of America were much more for state rights than our government is today.
