When a person gets so high/ drunk that they drift to another dimension. Most cases of "cooning" involve one person in the alternate dimension and a group of others trying to control said person. On rare occasions the "coon" needs medical attention, but more times than not, this is not the case.

(verb) the act of savagely dunking a basketball/ jumping onto another person and letting one's testicles rest over the victim's eyes. After being blinded with genitalia and blocked from sunlight for an extended period of time, the meat goggles (testicles) will leave behind a pale, clammy mask (and possibly a few black pubic whiskers) around the eyes. Very similar to a bad sunglass tan. The result of a good cooning both resembles a raccoon mask as well as wrinkly, droopy dark bags under the eyes while the scrotum hangs and bakes.
