When a normally calm person has to raise their voice and use an authortative tone. It is the equivalent to using the caps lock key in the digital world.

Caps lock abuse is just randomly typing in capital letters. This is no just using caps lock for important information, like:
WARNING: IF YOU CLICK THIS YOU WILL DIE.
That makes at least some sense. Caps lock abuse is more just rambeling nonsense that people use just to:
A. piss people off.
B. draw attention to themselves.
Sometimes, these people are just idiots that can't figure out how to get the caps lock thing off. Or maybe they just like typing in caps.

Certain Fridays in which your caps lock must be on all day. There is no real method in decided when it's Caps Lock Friday, but some people practice Caps Lock Friday every Friday.
(Unfortunately Urban dictionary does not allow a certain amount of capital letters in an example, so just imagine everything in capital letters)
