Silver Bloods are blue bloods who prey on other blue bloods. They are also known as Crotan or Abomination. When they feed on blue blood their own blood turns Silver. They also consume their victims memories and go insane with so many past lives in one body. They are also the loyal servants of Lucifer.

It was not a derogative term, nor was it a derivative of the LA street gang and its subsets. White soldiers (occasionally called "rabbits") who were deemed worthy by black soldiers would share the term "blood" as synonymous with "brother." The term was most often found among American infantry units, where the infantrymen were called "grunts."
