Bi-Polar Alcoholic

Someone who's mood and behavior changes constantly depending on how many drinks they've had.
At the beginning of the party I noticed and nice and beautiful girl, by the end of the party she was more like a belligerent devil because she's a bi-polar alcoholic.

BI POLAR MOTHERFUCKER

PEOPLE THAT CANT DECIDE ANYTHING FOR THEMSELVES . CHANGES THEIR MINDS ON ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING

Obsessive compulsive bi-polar fad chasing disorder

Obsesses over the newest fad or idea. Always has a new hobby or passion. Instantly knows everything about the obsession, most likely due to google search.
By 8 a.m. this morning, my buddy had entered the Mr. Universe contest, by 10 a.m. he sold his gym equipment. By noon one would of thought he had a masters in science and computer technology due he vast knowledge of google searched items. Then as the afternoon came to an end, he had sold all of his computers and purchased a dog sled, and was going off the grid in the Yukon. Very typical of his obsessive compulsive bi-polar fad chasing disorder.

Phlebotomist: "Sorry. I'm such an idiot!"

Patient: "No, you're not. I have small veins. Here, try that one. See, you got it!"

Phlebotomist: "Yes! I am the master!"

Patient: "Don't be so Bi-V-Polar, dude."

Bi-eber-Polar Disorder

A mental disorder afflicting teenage girls, characterized by extreme highs at the sight of Justin Bieber with marked lows or depression upon hearing of his association with Selena Gomez.
Boy: OMG, Justin Bieber is dating Selena Gomez?!

Girl: WAAAAHH! (The Snooki waahh) FML! I need a drink!

Boy: Someone has Bi-eber-Polar Disorder,

Girl: STOP MAKING FUN OF MY MEDICAL CONDITION!
A mental disorder marked by alternating periods of deep depression and extreme euphoria (mania). Contrary to popular belief, the violent mood swings associated with this illness are far more prolonged than ordinary emotional ups and downs, and the shifts of mood are sustained, lasting weeks, months or even years. The classic form of this condition is an extremely severe form of psychiatric disease but in more recent times milder variations more depressive-heavy and less manic have been included. It, however, remains very serious in all its forms and no group of people, mentally ill or mentally healthy, commit suicide half as much as manic-depressives do. It's a horrible disease and certainly not to be trivialised as just "mood swings".
People with bipolar kill themselves more than any other group of people. It's some serious shit.
