Taken from a teenage redhead with anger management problems named Ben. A benerism is to lose your temper with someone for something very small, usually in a violent way that involves hitting or kicking a person or takng your rage out on an inanimate object. Whilst taking a benerism the person usually mutters incoherently.

"We wrote your name on a piece of paper and stuck it on the wall. Look!"
At this point the person would first punch the offending person, then rip the piece of paper off the wall, all the while muttering under his breath.

What happens to your ass when you realize that your insurance benefits through your job don't cover shit.

I'm so fucked! I pay $400 a month for my health insurance through work and I still got a bill from the doctor's office for $2,000. And she couldn't even tell me what was growing on my dick! I'm getting benefisted.
