When someone does everything in their power to put someone else down and ruin anything they have going for them. Also being manipulative and dishonest with total disregard for anyone else and absolutely zero remorse.

Lenny: “Hey Jim, did you hear what Kyle did last Tuesday?”
Jim: “No… what’s that?”
Lenny: “He anally raped Dick’s mother while pouring sugar in his gas tank.”
Jim: “Wow! That’s some serious shit baggery right there!” How does a guy like that live with himself?”
Lenny: “Well, it’s simple really. He’s a total shit bag. He doesn’t give a fuck about how anything he does affects anyone. The guy’s a fucking psychopath.”

A human-feline game in which the furry baggee crawls whether enticed or no into a paper or plastic bag, and is then teased unto paroxysm by the bagger with proddings and pokings from without. The administration of baggery may or may not culminate with the ritual hoisting aloft and brief carriage of the scrofulous old thug. It is all one to him.

Every morning I utter a prayer of thanks that I am a citizen of a nation which refrains from molesting me when I describe my tom's predilection for a spot of baggery.
