Obviously the logistics of moving 500,000 people or more into Nevada alone would be complicated so there os a possibility “Area 51” could be defined by a date and time or other synchronous activity such “dancing” or “communicating” while reaching a ”consensus” about what “action” to take. e.g. “how to party in the future”.
