It can be used to say hello and ask if they are ok at the same time e.g. Alreet Luv

In grocery store, you see someone you know (albeit vaguely) say your hellos in the produce section, you have reached agreetment. No need to revisit later in the aisles.

or in social situations:
"Of course I can help myself to a beer, the party host and I reached agreetment already."
