A combination of “yes” and “nope” which is used to sarcastically agree with someone, different to the prior definition which is to confirm a negative statement.
Annoying Friend: “Oh! and on Halloween we can all be unicorns and.... put glitter on the toffee apples!”
You: (Looking at your other friends as if to say, “are they crazy, lmao”) “Yope”
You: (Looking at your other friends as if to say, “are they crazy, lmao”) “Yope”

It's the opposite of nope. Used when the need for parallelism outweighs the need for proper English.
Nope? Nahhhh, yope.
