Normally found at HDB void decks and seen in masses in neighbourhoods like Boon Lay, Teck Whye or any place with an ITE campus within the vicinity. Known for making a lot of noise and in general acting like a subhuman primate. Only way to communicate with them is to include words like 'sial' or 'siak' at the end of every sentence. Most of them if not all are always dark in color which is easy to distinguish. Avoid making eye-contact as they are very prone to violence.

Rick: Hey what's with all that noise, James?
James: Oh that's just a couple of yalams being themselves downstairs.
Rick: Oh that's understandable.
