Any document used to show proof of Covid-19 Vaccination. Document could be the actual CDC Vaccination card or a photo of it or any number of other documents being generated to show proof.

New York City’s “Key to NYC Pass” took effect Tuesday, meaning people must show Vaxumentation for certain indoor activities.
