Trani

A term, originaly used as a slur and still typicaly seen as offensive, meaning a transgender indavidual.

Transgender is when somebody's pysical sex does not match their mental and emotional gender:

Man in woman's body or woman in man's body

A trani is not the same as a crossdresser or hermaphrodite
