proximity effect training 

When someone occupies a weight machine so you can't use it but they just sit there, napping, texting, chatting, whatever.

I'm lifting and I look around to see the nine other people all doing proximity effect training.

EURO TRAINING 

The most hardcore training regimen known to man. The style is defined by adding excessively explosive, though arguably not extraneous, movements to common exercises. In addition, the vocalization of the phrase with a slight pause after each word (ex between reps) should be performed for optimal results.

The term was coined by actor/dancer Terry Crews on an episode of My Wife and Kids.

guy1: Yo, wanna go for some EURO TRAINING?
guy2: ... My chest gonna look like yours?
guy1: In-Deed.

Trading Rooks 

A chess term meaning exchanging of Rook with your opponent's rook during a chess game.

Trading Rooks was used in the Limited series of a chess movie titled The Queen’s Gambit.

Trading Rooks also means getting Involved in an intimate relationship or entanglement.
I had to exchange my rooks as the king side was getting exposed.

May I know whom you are trading rooks with? I.e May I know whom you are in a relationship with?

I heard you and Joy traded rooks in 2010. How true is that?
