The Artful Dodger

A Character from Charles Dickens Novel, Oliver Twist which has now been adapted into a Musical with The Artful Dodger singing one of the well known songs in Oliver, "Consider Yourself". He is a pickpocket who will do anything for a bite to eat. In the Film Musical version The role of the Artful Dodger was played by Jack Wilde.

I think that the real danger of A.I. is obsolescence.

Hym "The real danger of A.I. is that once A.I. is capable of performing the same tasks as a computer programmer the profession becomes obsolete. 'Skill with computers' is no longer a thing. Once a person able to tell an A.I. to do anything random thing than any half-rate hacker or computer programmer can do, A.I. becomes the next great equalizer. Why hire game designers or programmers for anything other than oversight when you can just tell an A.I. 'Hey, make a Japanese-style rpg that combines the elements of "Legend of Dragoon" and "Final Fantasy 7" ' and this thing just starts spitting out code."

Yeah, no shit, Sam. That's why the superordinate, permanent, immutable sys-admin status and the terms of service, Sam.

Seriously, I am probably going to kill like 3 or 4 more people than I would have otherwise now. And that number runs the risk of increasing every time I have to go to that fucking gas station. I really wish you would let me explain all this in person because the accuracy with which I can explain is (necessarily) contingent on my level of certainty with what is happening."
