A squirrel cooked in a waffle-iron. A delicacy originating in hartford Connecticut. Squaffle can also refer to any type of small, common, urban wildlife (e.g. a Pigeon) cooked on a waffle-iron.

Squiffle Squaff

When a male rubs his sweaty nutsack over an unsuspecting sleeping victims forehead, resulting in a sound that if spelled out in words would be "Squiffle Squaff"

Only works when the nutsack is sweaty. If not sweaty, it will not make a sound, it will just tickle the victims forehead.

I gave Martha a good squiffle squaff yesterday at that party.

squaiffing

The term used when the end of your spliff creates a quiff like appearance and burns most incompatably with the way in which you intend it to blaze.

Solution is to moisten the end of your index finger and slowly carress the under belly of the spliff (the area of the spliff which is burning in isolation) and blow through the filter until you see the flint burn red. Then inhale and enjoy :o)
