A nutsack with an extreme amount of dangle in its angle. Usually used to describe such during periods of warm weather when someone decides to go commando.

If i accidentally sit on my speedbag, it makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

Speeding Buddy

When two individuals (more than likely strangers) speed next to each other because each individual thinks the other will get pulled over.

Example 1. "Man I was speeding Buddies with a Porsche today.. a cop would've totally busted him first."

Example 2. "So this idiot in a sketchy-ass van was tryin' to be my speeding buddy.. There's no way I'm getting busted before him."
