Terms of endearment for a whore, slut, skank, as a proper noun. Usually replacing a female's name in conversation that people already know.

Sluterella, my neighbor, is bar hopping and bringing her clients home. Sluterella does this while her children are home. Sluterella also has a drug and alcohol problem. Perhaps Sluterella is a canidate for mother of the year.
