Often in times we would see chubby gals who are smart, and it is actually quite a distinct character, being smart and fat. Smfart is pronounced just like lmao, (Smart)(Fart).
Smfart means smart and fat.

I just saw this guy in starbucks who left his drinks on the table and left, then the bartender came and collected his drink. The fat guy came back and asked the bartender for his drink coz he didn't "finish" his drink. He then got a whole new VENTI FRAP for free. This guy is smfart, drinking two venti fraps a day.
