The act of gently throwing your skim board out in front of you as you run along the beach, just before jumping on and riding the board away. Its much more subtle than just chucking your board out in front of you, and it must be done correctly otherwise your ride will flop!

If you get the schumi right, the rest of its a piece of cake.
