"Let's go get some lunch." Celeste suggested. "You're not the boss of me!!" Amber retorted.

Amber is a sassyfrasser.

One who sasses profoundly and does not hold back their true feelings. Specifically, they make their feelings well known by their attitude sass. One who posesses lots of flavor or spice. Of saucy character.

A young boy says to an older man,
"Hey Old Man Rivers!"
to wich the Man responds,
"Boy, don't you sass me! Young Sassifrass."

Could also be used as a term for a young lady with personality and sex appeal.
