Sick 

The state of a being, action, or object that deserves true recognition, further contemplating, or in certain cases, a recognition of a persons actions that are truley without a rational consciousness. Commonly over used. Not to be used for artificial bullshit, only used when something truely "sick" occurs.

"The whole side of that building had a sick murel design.", " That concert was sick." or "That sick fuck threw a microwave out of his car window."

Originated in Detroit, Michigan (possibly the Eastside).

Used when one is excited or surprised of someone else doing great things. Also can be used when one is shocked about something.

Jesse: "Dog I see you wearing them all white buffs, Im sick you getting off like that!"
