Vote from the rooftops

Euphemism for an armed revolution if one's (generally political) desires are not fulfilled.
If Barack Obama wins the election, I will vote from the rooftops.

Rooftops (a liberation broadcast)

Rooftops is a single by Welsh band lostprophets, which was released in the United Kingdom on June 19, 2006.

The first airing of the single in the UK recently was in front of 25,000 fans when the lostprophets headlined the Give It a Name festival in Manchester and London.

The song is taken from the number one album Liberation Transmission and was recorded in Hawaii. The b-sides found on the single came from the same sessions - all of which are brand new tracks. The video was filmed on location in Los Angeles, USA and was co-directed by the band and Ryan Smith (of Story of the Year).

Trivia:
When the band pitched their dream video for "Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)" to their record label, it was refused because it would have cost 8 million pounds to produce. It subsequently went through several re-drafts before they settled on the final version.
The chorus of "Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)" was inspired by the scene in the film Garden State where the characters are screaming into a pit. The general theme of the song also matches the film's — "make a mark" in your life while there's still time.

Rooftop Theory of Relativity

The "Rooftop Theory of Relativity" was created in the early summer of 2007. It is named such because at the time of its creation the theorists were conversing on the rooftop of their residence. The theory is rather simple and is described as follows: "Everything is relative."
The Rooftop Theory of Relativity is applicable and appropriate for all occasions.

Rooftop Sexcapade

A get-together on a rooftop terrace where vagimosas are consumed, articles of clothing gradually removed, loud cackling is present, and the potential for... indecent acts.
I'm still feeling cross-eyed from that rooftop sexcapade. Should have worn more pairs of undergarments... or none!
