When a person rises to the top, by sheer arrogance, wicked privilege and total lack of self awareness. Especially when there was many others who could have far superiority knowledgeably and culturally represented.

Get the Raygunmug. The epitome of toxic positivity, where a person lacks any self awareness and has no self criticism yet continues to foster an environment of praise and exuberates self praise. Has been gaslit all their life into believing they can do no wrong and that they themselves are possibly a victim of circumstance or some negative connotation and thus will continue to gaslight others while living in a spiral of narcissism and celebrate below mediocre outcomes through a sense of unjustified entitlement.
"Why did Hitler continue to push his forces towards the end of world war 2 even though he had clearly lost and every competent person around him knew that he had several years before." He just Rayguned it, he wasn't going to turn around and say, "mate I stuffed up, we shouldn't be in this position," he was like "I am going to Raygun this all the way. "

Get the Raygunmug. A euphemism for an internet fraud toolkit or op written in code—fired at a target platform to juice stats, siphon cash, or knock something sideways—while sounding just vague enough to text about on the clearnet without screaming “felony.” Illegal, grimy, and not the flex you think it is.
Extended:
Noun — The codebase or script pack that executes the hustle (login spoofers, puppets, schedulers, the whole shady bundle).
Verb — to raygun: to run said code against a site or service.
Figurative — Any overpowered automation that “zaps” a problem fast (often used jokingly by devs who are not committing crimes… relax).
Origin:
From “hit ’em with the beam” (laser sight on a gun). “Raygun” is the bastardized shorthand—drops the word beam, keeps the threat vibe.

Get the raygunmug. The act of impersonating people with skills and somehow managing to get all the way to the very peak of recognition, while at no point in time showing anyone, you were actually capable of doing what you claim to be able to do. Usually in some form of niche sporting event, such as breakdancing, where the individual somehow gets to go all the way, such as the Olympics, and then, representing your country, puts in a display that resembles an epileptic mop with brain AIDS. It is important to note that this moment in their life will never be forgotten nor forgiven by the entire Internet.
