Pertarded. A word used by people who instead of 'retarded' opt for 'pertarded'.
-Used when something is totally ridiculous and beyond words
-to a lesser extent, used as inoffensive, compared to 'retarded'.
-stemming from 'perturbed', or is it? I dunno..thats 'pertarded'.

Parktarded

adjective: A person who exhibits an inability to park correctly within a designated space. Exhibited by parking too close, double parking, crossing the lines, over the curb, or generally socially unacceptable parking behavior that impedes your fellow man's ability to park correctly or get in and out of their vehicle.

Getting drunk by yourself before going to a social function. The social function in question is usually dry or full of people not as drunk as the pretard (not yet, anyway). Pretardation is marked by shame and embarassment often confused with being the life of the party.

Jeff figured there wouldn't be much drinking at his neice's birthday party, so he got pretarded at home.
