Eventually, this will cause the individual to reach a state of mental retardation. At this point her "poof" becomes a survival mechanism, much like a helmet for her head, in case she runs into doors, walls, windows, etc.

Ironically enough, those students that are socially awkward, nerdy, and/or wear thick coke-bottle glasses often end up as photards.

Get the poontardo mug.An individual who under the influence of marijuana seems to lose even a basic ability to interact with his/her environment. Typically in this state pottards exhibit obsessive compulsive behavior where they attempt to perform a task without any logical reason. Pottards do not seem capable of grasping the sheer depth of their behavior and as such are a burden to those around them.
