pannier

The male version of cameltoe. The unsightly result of "shifting" when wearing too tight pants. More popular in the 70's the pannier look almost vanished with the popularity of baggy jeans in later decades. Fashion trends in the new millenium have unfortunately resulted in a resurgance of habitat for this condition. Jumpsuits/Jeans and other clothing that cause this condition may also be referred to as "pannier racks"
