Saying something that is obvious, that didn't need to be said, and someone pointing out, wow, well done. Another comon term linked to this is also 'No Shit Sherlock!'

Obvious Troll

Obvious Troll is a widely accepted term describing a forum contributor who contributes with very obvious posts or asks questions for which there are only obvious answers. Obvious troll posts are a subject to flames or flame wars on forums.

An adjective describing something that is so plain to see that it is easily overlooked.

Note: Not to be confused with someone who's obviously blind

Someone that acts like they have good intentions when everyone can see that those intentions are actually self serving.
