Niggerometer, a device that measures the nigger factor of a black person. It ranges from from 0.00 for a normal black person to 1.00 for a total skeevy, ghetto nigger.

I wasn't sure about this black person; so, I used my internal niggerometer to ascertain if & how big a nigger he was.

40% of cities don’t report their statistics to the FBI and that includes most black majority cities, add to that the fact that 40% to 50% of all murders are never solved & those occur primarily occur in inner cities and you get the true number:

fuck that, niggerade is kool-aid, plain & got damn simple, dont argue
