Mander

A tall skinny male, usually of the darker skinned persuasion that refuses to wear a seatbelt in the car. Often will bypass the annoying seatbelt warning beep by buckling the seatbelt behind him and sitting on it.
During the car accident the mander was ejected so hard his durag flew off his head before he landed on the asphalt!
